MTRA Summer Horse Camp

MTRA is excited to host our SUMMER HORSE CAMP FOR KIDS at Marion Therapeutic Riding Association again on the following dates:

Week 1: July 17th - 20th
Week 2: July 24th - 27th
Week 3: July 31st - August 3rd

This is a Horsemanship Summer Day Camp for kids from 7-16 years old. Children with or without physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges are welcome to apply. Camp attendees will be taught proper horse care and handling and horseback riding skills. They will also do creative projects relative to horses, as well as storytelling and arts and crafts. There are quite a few children in the community who would love to participate but do not have the means. You can be the catalyst for change and make this opportunity become a reality for a kid in our community!
